On Saturday, February 11th, we will be making some internal IP changes that could affect our telephone system. The work will be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.; however, we anticipate any affect to the phones to be less than 4 hours.

While the work is being performed we expect the impact to be minimal with the exception of the below:

• Activation Codes requested by phone for payee activation will not function. As a reminder, activation codes can still be processed via email and text.
• While the Contact Center is not staffed on Sundays, inbound calls coming in go to voicemail allowing the Contact Center to return the calls on Monday morning. During this maintenance window any inbound calls may not reach voicemail.
