Our lobby is open regular business hours Monday-Friday for in-person transactions. We will continue to be available regular business hours for all telephone transactions, call ahead requests and inquiries. We will remain closed on Saturdays
Please keep the following in mind for in-person transactions:
- Due to the size of the lobby, we are only allowed to have 2 members in the office at a time. We will utilize a "traffic light" notification on the front door to let you know if it is safe to enter. If the sign is set to green you may enter, if it is set to red, please wait in your car until a member leaves the office
- Per NYS regulation, a mask is required if you are entering the lobby. Once inside, we will ask you to lower your mask momentarily for identification.
- Protective shields have been installed at the teller line and loan desks to provide additional safety for members and staff.
- Please maintain social distancing while in the office, utilizing only the first and last teller windows for transactions.
- Hand sanitizer is available throughout the lobby and office areas.
- Loan requests will continue to be scheduled by appointment. There will be no waiting in the lobby area. If you have a loan appointment or closing, please call to let us know you're here and we'll direct you at that time.
- CCSFCU staff will practice routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces throughout the day with common areas cleaned nightly.
- If you prefer to continue transacting business by drop-off in the night deposit or call ahead for cash withdrawals, we are happy to continue processing your transactions in this manner.
- We encourage members to utilize electronic banking via home banking or the app, as well as Allpoint and Co-Op ATM networks for surcharge-free access to cash.
If you choose to see us in-person, we kindly ask that you perform your transactions expeditiously due to the limited capacity of the office and desire of other members to enter the lobby. We appreciate your patience during this time and we are glad to have you back!
